Welcome back to Day Twenty-Six of 30 Days to a Smarter Growth System.
Yesterday, I introduced you to OPS Crew.
And today, we're going to look at two of the most valuable jobs in the Crew:
Benchmarking and Reporting.
Because here's the truth:
Most people are busy.
But they don't know if they're on pace.
And those are not the same thing.
You can make calls all week. Send emails. Post on LinkedIn. Follow up. Go to meetings. And still have no idea whether that activity is enough to hit your 2027 goal.
That's what Benchmarking is for.
The Benchmarker works backward from your goal and keeps an eye on the activity that supports it.
Are you getting enough conversations?
Enough appointments?
Enough outreach?
Are you ahead?
Behind?
Do you need to adjust?
That means your goal is not something you look at once a quarter.
It becomes part of your operating rhythm.
And then Reporting takes it one step further.
Reporting helps answer:
What is working?
Which source is producing conversations?
Which activity is creating appointments?
Where are you spending time that is not moving the needle?
What should you do more of?
What should you stop doing?
That is incredibly valuable.
Because growth does not come from doing more of everything.
It comes from doing more of what works.
Inside BrokerOPS AI, your dashboard, your goal, your activity, your pipeline, and your lead sources can all work together.
And with OPS Crew, Benchmarking and Reporting help turn all of that information into direction.
The Benchmarker asks:
Are we on pace?
Reporting asks:
What is producing?
So here's your assignment today.
Look at your last seven days and write down three things:
How many meaningful conversations did you have?
How many appointments or next-step meetings did those conversations create?
And which source produced the best opportunity?
You are looking for signal.
If one activity is producing, lean into it.
If something is taking time and producing nothing, question it.
And if you are behind on the activity required for your goal, adjust now.
