Welcome back to Day Sixteen of 30 Days to a Smarter Growth System.
Yesterday, you built a follow-up rule your system can help run for you.
Today, we're going to make AI much more useful by solving one of its biggest problems:
Generic writing.
You know the messages I mean.
"Hope this email finds you well."
"Just wanted to reach out."
"I'm excited to connect."
Technically fine.
Completely forgettable.
The problem usually isn't the AI.
The problem is that we haven't given it enough information about how we communicate.
So today, we're going to teach your AI to sound more like you.
Find three emails, messages, or posts you've written that feel natural.
Things you would be comfortable sending again.
Give those examples to your AI tool and ask it to identify your communication style.
Have it look for your tone, sentence length, how direct you are, words and phrases you naturally use, words you rarely use, how you explain complicated ideas, and how you normally ask someone to take a next step.
Then ask it to create a short voice guide for you.
Save that guide.
Now test it.
Give AI one follow-up email you need to send today and tell it to rewrite the message using your voice guide.
Then read it out loud.
Here's the test:
Would you say this to another human being?
If the answer is no, change it.
AI should help you communicate faster.
It should not erase your personality.
And it certainly should not make every broker sound exactly the same.
Use the same principle in today's outreach.
Create your LinkedIn post with your voice.
Write your Facebook post in your voice.
Use AI to help with your emails, but make sure the final message still sounds like you.
And keep the relationship human.
That's also how I think about BrokerOPS AI.
Technology should support your process, your priorities, and your voice.
Not replace them.
