Day 15 of 30

Build One Follow-Up Rule

Listen (about 3 minutes), or read below.Amber Pember, in her own words.

Welcome back to Day Fifteen of 30 Days to a Smarter Growth System.

Yesterday, you sorted your contacts by timing:

Now. Nurture. Long-term.

Today, we're going to make that follow-up more repeatable.

Because a smart system should not depend on you remembering every date, every promise, and every person.

It should run on rules.

Here's the simple structure I want you to use:

Trigger. Timing. Useful message. Stop condition. Human task.

A trigger is what starts the follow-up.

Maybe someone completes a form.

Downloads a resource.

Asks for information.

Tells you to circle back in six months.

Or moves into a new stage in your pipeline.

Then comes timing.

When should the next touch happen?

Three days? Ten days? Thirty days? Ninety days?

Next comes the useful message.

Not a generic follow-up.

Something connected to what that person cares about.

Then you need a stop condition.

If they reply, opt out, book a call, or become a client, the sequence should stop or change.

And finally, the human task.

When does the system hand the opportunity back to you?

That is the part that matters.

Today, I want you to build one real follow-up rule.

Just one.

Pick one type of lead you get often and write down:

What starts the sequence?

When does the next touch happen?

What useful message goes out?

When should it stop?

And when should you personally step in?

That is the beginning of follow-up that scales.

And this is exactly where tools like BrokerOPS AI become valuable.

The system can help keep the timing, next steps, and priorities organized so you can focus on the conversation instead of the reminder.

TomorrowTomorrow we are going to make your AI sound more like you, because speed is useful but sounding generic is not.
